What is your return policy?
We offer 48 hour approval upon delivery of merchandise. Return authorization is unconditional if we receive notice of a return by phone or e-mail within 48 hours of delivery. Refunds are subject to authorization and prompt return of merchandise in the same condition that it was sold. Refunds do not include shipping charges.

How do I buy something from your website?
Pay online via PayPal or call the store at (404) 325-0515 to pay by phone. We accept VISA, MasterCard or Discover information over the phone for most transactions, and we may accept American Express in some circumstances. We also accept checks and money orders, but we do not hold merchandise until payment arrives at the store. Wire transfers are available upon exchange of account information. All Internet and phone transactions are subject to identity and payment verification, and no merchandise ships until funds transfer.

Do you hold, layaway, or finance merchandise?
We may briefly hold an item in return for a non-refundable deposit. Layaway options are often available, too. Please call the store at (404) 325-0515 to discuss layaway terms or merchandise holds. We do not finance any transactions.

How do you ship merchandise?
Every item ships in a sturdy box with plenty of new bubble wrap, and most used or vintage guitars ship in brand new boxes made to our specifications. Domestic packages usually ship via FedEx Ground. International packages usually ship via FedEx Economy or U.S. Postal Service.

How much do you charge for shipping?
Shipping rates depend on the size of the package, delivery time, and destination. For example, $40 is a typical flat rate for insured delivery of a guitar anywhere in the continental United States via FedEx Ground. International delivery charges for a guitar package generally range from $125 to $250 including insurance. U.S. Postal Service offers the least expensive international service, but FedEx is more reliable. Please call the store at (404) 325-0515 for more information about shipping charges.

Do you buy or trade for musical equipment?
We buy and trade for high quality used or vintage musical items. Please call the store at (404) 325-0515 or forward a description by e-mail if you would like to offer something for trade or sale.
